With enthusiastic zeal to seeing his clients free of their legal troubles, Christopher Cheney pursues every available legal avenue to get them the relief and respite they deserve. Mr. Cheney completed his undergraduate studies in 2012, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University. He went on to attend the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he fine-tuned his shrewd legal acumen and talents that are still pertinent to his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 2015, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Utah. Additionally, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
During his time in law school, Mr. Cheney worked to expand his horizons by embracing all aspects of the legal system. He externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Dustin Pead, which gave him immense insight into how the federal judiciary operates. Furthermore, he interned for Mortensen & Milne as well, which gave him exposure to the complex and gratifying work personal injury attorneys perform on a daily basis to help their clients. For his many contributions to the legal field since, he is rated “Good” on Avvo.
