Biography
Mr. Thomas is a former felony-level prosecuting attorney for the U.S. Air Force’s Active-Duty Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps and Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) for the U.S. Attorney in the District of Hawai’i. He is qualified and certified as a USAF JAG Defense Attorney (2001-2004 Active Duty and Still Certified), and provided legal Defense Services to members of the Pacific Air Forces in Hawai’i, Guam, Japan, and Korea. He is a former clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bataillon, U.S. District Court Judge, Omaha, Nebraska (1999). Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University, Creighton University School of Law (Juris Doctorate), and U.S. Air Force Officer Training School (present rank of Captain, USAF JAG Corps).
He is a member of the Hawai’i State Bar, and admitted to the Supreme Court and Federal District Court of Hawai’i since 2004; a member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar and admitted to Supreme Court and Federal District Courts of Colorado since 1999; admitted to U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 2000. He is a member of the Hawai’i State Bar’s Family Law Section.
Whether via aggressive courtroom litigation, use of alternative dispute resolution, or just practical down to earth advice, Christopher believes that success is founded by moving boldly forward to resolution in the most timely and reasoned manner possible.
His Honolulu-based office allows the ability to represent individuals throughout all of Hawaiian Islands and Court jurisdictions, as well as clients based on the U.S. Mainland.
