From his law office, Earley Law Group, in Boston, Massachusetts, he focuses his practice on personal injury, including car accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites and traumatic brain injuries. He takes on workers’ compensation cases as well.
Never one to back away from a situation where an innocent individual was hurt because of the actions of another, Mr. Earley always maintains open lines of communication and maintains expectations throughout the entire ordeal. He is rated “Superb” on Avvo, and the abundance of positive testimonials from his clients is a clear indication that he won’t just label you another case number but genuinely look out for you as a human.
Mr. Earley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from Boston University in 2000. He later attended the New England Law school and earned his Juris Doctor in 2004. Since receiving his license to practice the same year, he has received many recognitions and honors for his work, including Avvo’s Client’s Choice Award and the Top 100 Car Accident Settlements in the United States in 2018 list by TopVerdict.com. Practicing law for over 15 years, Mr. Earley has always moved forward with any opportunity to help his community. His law firm has partnered with a plethora of nonprofits and charity organizations, including Greater Boston Food Bank and Community Servings. Not satisfied with the aid he provides to these organizations; he wants to empower the local residents and people in general so that they know what their options are when facing a legal dispute. He has self-published consumer guides on topics of auto accidents, workers’ comp and more, and gives them away for free.
