Christopher Likens

Christopher A. Likens is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney based in Sarasota, Florida. His practice focuses on estate planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning for individuals and families. A dedicated advocate for seniors and their loved ones, Mr. Likens has practiced elder law for over two decades and helped shape the field’s development in Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He has served as Chair of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, Chair of the Elder Law Certification Committee, and Co-Chair of the Section’s Public Policy Task Force.
