Biography
Kimble Law was formed by attorney Curtis G. Kimble in order to offer HOA services more effectively and efficiently than is possible at other firms where clients may be just a number or dollar sign. At Kimble Law, without big firm overhead and red tape, your legal services are streamlined and affordable. Without your issue being passed from one attorney to another attorney or legal assistant, you get services performed directly by an experienced HOA attorney.
Mr. Kimble is the creator of the Utah HOA Law Blog, as well as the Utah HOA Laws mobile app and website. He has been providing valuable, comprehensive and cost-effective representation for community associations in Utah since 2006.
Prior to forming Kimble Law PLLC, Mr. Kimble worked at Ball Janik LLP as Senior Counsel. Before joining Ball Janik, he was a partner at Richards, Kimble & Winn, PC, representing community associations throughout the state of Utah.
Mr. Kimble’s practice is focused on establishing and advising condominium and homeowner associations, including providing counsel and representation in all issues an HOA faces, such as drafting and interpreting governing documents and contracts, procedure and governance, insurance, HOA loans, FHA certification, enforcement issues, litigation and Fair Housing Act issues. Mr. Kimble also provides general business and real estate counsel.
Mr. Kimble received the AV® Preeminent™ Rating from Martindale–Hubbell®, as well as the Client Distinction Award based on clients’ reviews by Lawyers.com, A Martindale-Hubble distinction, in 2015.
