D. Ty Brown

D. Ty Brown is an attorney at the firm of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Brown represents clients in Birmingham and throughout the state of Alabama in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including medical malpractice, motor vehicles accidents, construction accidents, nursing home neglect and abuse, trucking accidents and more. Mr. Brown graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Auburn University. He later earned a law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham. While attending law school he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review, earned a scholar of merit and a dean’s scholarship and was an Abraham Carruthers Fellow. Admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts since 2009, Mr. Brown is also licensed to appear before federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in many significant cases representing individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries, as well as families who have lost a loved one as a result of another’s negligence.
