Mr. Ginnetty is a top-rated criminal defense attorney based in Hammond, Louisiana and focuses his practice on criminal defense and family law. Since becoming licensed in Louisiana in 2016, Mr. Ginnetty has provided client-centered representation to individuals and families navigating some of the most serious and personal legal challenges. His recognition as a Rising Star reflects years of courtroom experience, strategic advocacy and an unwavering commitment to justice.

Mr. Ginnetty graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2015, where he cultivated a strong passion for criminal defense. During law school, he completed an international internship in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with International Bridges to Justice, a nongovernmental organization dedicated to strengthening indigent defense systems in developing and fragile legal infrastructures.
After law school, Mr. Ginnetty moved to Louisiana through Gideon’s Promise, an organization committed to improving public defender services nationwide. He began his career in Lafayette before joining the St. Tammany Public Defender’s Office in 2020 to be closer to his adopted home base in Hammond. There, he continued building extensive trial experience before joining Hogan Attorneys in 2023.
