Daniel L. Crandall

As president and founding partner of Crandall & Katt, Attorneys at Law, Daniel L. Crandall is a personal injury attorney who represents clients throughout the state of Virginia. His experience extends to many types of personal injury cases, including the following: premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, products liability, railroad accidents, boat accidents, ATV accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents and car accidents. Mr. Crandall is admitted to practice in the state of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida, he studied law at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 1979. Roanoker Magazine named him one of the Best Attorneys and the firm one of the Best Law Firms. Mr. Crandall was named one of the Who’s Who Among American Executives, and he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginial Trial Lawyers Association. Rue Ratings named him a Lifetime Charter Member of the Best Attorneys in America, and he is also a part of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. He is a former president and member of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and a current member of the American Association for Justice. A Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he is the past chair for the Federal Liaison Sub-Legislative Committee and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
