Biography

Daniel diligently prepares cases to advocate for his clients rights by blending his investigative background from his criminal law experience with his knowledge of family and marital law. Daniel has been a good-standing member of the Florida Bar since October, 2003 and is also licensed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and earned his B.B.A. from the University of Miami School of Business in 2000, cum laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, from 2004-2008 Daniel practiced criminal defense in both state and federal court at an AV-Rated firm handling complex, white-collar, newsworthy criminal cases. He has been exclusively practicing marital and family law since 2008, gaining experience at AV-Rated firms before becoming a partner at PraDa Law. Daniel is a past president of the First Family Law Inns of Court and serves on the Board of Directors. Daniel is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
