Biography
Darla L. Keen specializes in all areas of medical malpractice and is passionate in her fight for justice for medical malpractice victims, including the aggressive pursuit of justice for injured children with preventable birth injuries. She also specializes in pursuing justice for the elderly who have been abused or neglected in nursing homes and assisted living facilities such as victims of preventable falls. In addition, Darla handles all aspects of wrongful death and personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents.
Ms. Keen attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where she served as Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. She has been published in the Kentucky Law Journal as well as the National Insurance Law Review.
Ms. Keen has been awarded numerous awards including Super Lawyers Top Rated Medical Malpractice Attorney from 2015-2023.
