Biography
Darren Freckleton joined the firm as an associate attorney after earning his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s List student, a member of the Trial Team, and served on the Executive Board of the Caribbean Law Students Association. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. In addition, Darren completed a Paralegal Certificate through FIU Law’s Legal Studies Institute.
Before becoming an attorney, Darren worked for more than five years as a paralegal and law clerk in the personal injury arena, gaining extensive practical experience in litigation and developing a deep understanding of the needs of injured clients. Since 2020, he has dedicated his career to the legal field and now represents Plaintiffs in a broad range of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, and other negligence cases.
Outside of the office, Darren enjoys playing soccer, kayaking, and cheering on his favorite team, Liverpool FC.
