Raised in Chicago, David attended the University of Iowa on an Army ROTC scholarship and graduated as a commissioned officer. He went on to complete the Army’s elite Ranger School and served tours in both the Republic of Korea and the 82nd Airborne Division, gaining exceptional discipline, strategic decision-making skills, and a deep commitment to service. After leaving the Army, David earned both his JD and MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. During this time, he founded and operated a real estate company specializing in historic renovations, giving him hands-on experience in real estate investment, property rehabilitation, business operations, and financial management. David has extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate matters, including: As a Real Estate Attorney serving Brown County, Nashville, Columbus, and the surrounding Southern Indiana region, David combines legal knowledge with real-world business insight to protect clients’ investments and ensure smooth, legally sound transactions.
