He is fluent in English and Spanish, and he measures his work by a single standard: meeting each client’s goals. Before joining Africa Sanchez Law, David built his career in the Litigation Department at a national law firm, representing banks, lenders, and media organizations in state and federal courts nationwide. He now brings that experience to a firm known for standing with its community. His work includes: David also supports the firm’s clients on constitutional and civil-rights questions, an area of growing importance for immigrant families in Nevada. David is known for his intimate command of the Federal and Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, and for turning that knowledge to his clients’ advantage against their adversaries. Before practicing, he served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada; an experience that gave him an inside view of how courts think and decide.
