David J. McGlothlin was born to parents serving in the United States Air Force in Mildenhall, England, and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Northern Arizona University where he received a Bachelor of Science in American Political Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He graduated University of San Diego School of Law in May 2007. David is a licensed attorney in California, Oregon, Utah, and Arizona. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
