Biography

Please allow me to help you through the difficult times you may experience after your accident and ensure that you receive the benefits and medical care that you deserve. David Pacheco, Esq., has been handling the claims of injured victims in South Florida and worldwide for over 27 years. For the past 22 years, I have handled Defense Base Act, War Hazards, and Longshore cases. During those 22 years, I have also handled over 1,000 mediations, over 1,500 depositions, and over 100 informal conference hearings on behalf of injured workers. I am the son of a contractor and have lived in the Middle East for four years. Living in the Middle East allows me to understand better than most lawyers the cultural and political situation contractors stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and other countries in the Middle East deal with. I have seen almost every issue imaginable under the DBA and/or the LHWCA, and have handled these cases at the level of informal conference hearings before the OWCP, trials at the level of the OALJ and appeals to the BRB and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
