Biography
I’ve Been A Natural Debater Since Childhood. Presenting Facts And Arguing Aggressively For My Side Just Comes Easily To Me - I Always Knew I Wanted To Be A Lawyer. After Completing My B.A., I Earned My Juris Doctorate Degree From Widener University School And Began Practicing In 2011.
I started working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Mercer County District Attorney’s Office. While I was there, I learned how to make the right argument to win the case for the state. But it wasn’t the right fit – I wanted to work more closely with individual clients and help them win their cases. I decided to start my own practice in 2019, and I have been fighting aggressively for clients like you ever since.
Dave Wenger was born in Lorain, Ohio and was raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Since receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2011, he has always fought passionately for his clients.
While at Widener University School of Law, Attorney Wenger was a member of the Widener Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He was also a law clerk for the Honorable John F. Wagner Jr.
Upon graduation, he worked for the Mercer County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. While in this role he led felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile trials, successfully prosecuting Homicide, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Receiving Stolen Property. While trying more than 50 jury cases, he also oversaw and managed all cases regarding sexual assault and serious domestic violence assaults.
