Biography
Deepti Sethi is a San Francisco criminal lawyer with Summit Defense. Before joining Summit Defense, Deepti Sethi worked for the public interest in several capacities. She has consistently advocated for those without power and those who find themselves up against large institutions. Deepti’s experience includes corporate governance, negotiations, policy level advocacy, direct representation of clients, and supervision of other attorneys.
As a public speaker and oral advocate, Deepti has testified in front of international and national government committees in San Francisco and Washington DC. Deepti has also written compelling testimony and arguments on behalf of citizen’s appearing before Congress.
Deepti Sethi graduated from UC Hastings Law School where she won several academic and leadership awards. She received her undergraduate degree from Hampshire College. Deepti has been a member of the California State Bar since 2004.
