Biography
Mr. Dustin Offinga is an associate attorney at Newman & Allen, LLP. Mr. Offinga earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of La Verne before graduating from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Mediation and Dispute Resolution. Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Offinga worked as a certified law clerk for the San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office, Juvenile division. That experience motivated Mr. Offinga to devote himself to the practice of criminal defense.
At Newman & Allen, LLP, Mr. Offinga has become an experienced litigator for our clients, vigorously defending their rights. In addition to handling a wide variety of cases, Mr. Offinga has become a leading attorney in mental health diversion programs, military diversion programs for our Veteran’s as well as DUI defense and DMV hearings.
