Biography
Mr. Peyton is an Of Counsel attorney in the Memphis office of Spicer Rudstrom PLLC. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, products liability, professional liability, and property and casualty disputes in Tennessee and Mississippi. He is also a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Peyton retired from the United States Navy Reserve as a Commander and is an assistant Scoutmaster in a local Scouts BSA troop.
