Muccini distinguished himself as a fierce litigator and was promoted to Senior Trial Attorney in the Felony Trial Bureau where he was assigned to handle the most serious and violent felony cases, including Murder, Robbery, Assault, Sex Crimes, Narcotics, as well as White Collar Organized Crime cases. Muccini acquired extensive trial experience at a time in NYC history when violent crime was at its peak.After leaving the Brooklyn DA’s Office, Muccini worked at prestigious Manhattan law firms from 1997 to 2005 handling a variety of legal matters including White Collar Criminal Defense, Complex Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense involving Maritme Accidents, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Corporate and Business Litigation and Corporate Legal Counsel, Personal Injury/Work Related Accident cases and Residential and Commercial Real Estate/Coop/Condo Transactional matters.In 2005, Edward J.
