Biography
Elaine Brooks is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant whose practice focuses on estate planning. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families to plan for the future by creating customized estate plans, including probate avoidance, asset protection, business succession planning, legacy and special needs planning.
Clients value Elaine for her ability to make complex legal and financial concepts understandable and approachable. With a diverse legal background including estate planning and tax, she brings a warm, comprehensive perspective to planning, helping clients navigate decisions with confidence. She takes the time to listen, understand goals and family dynamics, and craft plans that are thorough and personalized. Elaine earned her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and her law degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of her practice, Elaine enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, three children, and two dogs. She loves to travel and is an avid reader.
