Elissa Fitzmartin

Elissa Fitzmartin is a personal injury attorney with over a decade of experience representing injured victims of negligence. She has successfully recovered millions of dollars for her clients and has handled cases throughout Florida as well as in Georgia, California, Maryland, and South Dakota. Elissa began her career representing individuals accused of serious crimes, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial advocacy skills. That foundation prepared her well for the work she does today—advocating on behalf of people dealing with unfortunate circumstances and holding accountable the individuals and corporations responsible for causing them harm. Elissa earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She is licensed to practice in Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She has also been admitted pro hac vice in South Dakota Federal Court. Elissa is actively involved in the legal community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and is a past President of its Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the South Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
