Emily Hahn

Emily’s practice focuses on divorce, committed intimate relationships, and all aspects of family law.  She will be by your side during every step of the process. When she is not working, Emily can be found camping with her family and friends, traveling to new destinations, being an amateur sous chef for her husband, watching Dateline, and listening to the rain.  Emily studied in Paris during high school, college, and again in law school, including an intensive summer legal program that focused on international and European Union Law. She also spent time in South Africa during law school providing free legal aid to victims of sex trafficking, police corruption, and immigration abuse. Emily’s non-litigation practice model is not typical, but for families experiencing the trauma of divorce, she firmly believes that it is vastly superior than court proceedings.  She will spend time guiding you through the more peaceful ways to resolve disputes and provide full representation during the process.
