Erica Jackson

Erica has practiced primarily family law in North Carolina for over 10 years. She is a North Carolina Board Certified Family Law Specialist and Certified Family Financial Mediatior, allowing her to guide clients through both litigation and settlement-focussed resolutions with experience, practical insight, and a strategic approach. “I love seeing my clients’ fear and doubt disappear once I talk to them about their rights in custody and divorce cases. I like being a source of relief in such a scary time.” Over the court of her career, Erica has been honored by the American Society of Legal Advocates with the inclusion in the Top 40 Family Lawyers Under 40 in North Carolina. She was also recognized by Business North Carolina Magazine’s Legal Elite for her work in family law. Erica has been featured as a speaker on television show Triad Today and has taught several continuing legal education classes for the National Business Institute. When she is not advocating for her clients, Erica enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her husband, two daughters and their dog. Victoria is a family law attorney   who focuses her practice on child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, separation agreements, pre-marital agreements, and divorce. A Maryland native, Victoria is a long-time lover of football, theater, and motorsports. Although born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Victoria proudly calls North Carolina her home. Prior to attending law school, Victoria attended High Point University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. After college, Victoria continued to reside in North Carolina. She graduated from Elon University School of Law and presently lives in the Piedmont Triad area. During her time in Law School, she was a member of the Federalist Society, member of Elon Law’s Phi Alpha Delta Chapter, and Chair of the Honor Council. She was with a small law firm in Lexington, North Carolina before joining Jackson Legal in June of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the range, listening to music, and spending time with her rescue, Spooky.
