With two decades of experience in both private practice and corporate counsel roles, Erin offers practical, strategic legal advice to entrepreneurs, creatives, and businesses looking to protect their brands and original works.
Before joining the Trademark Lawyer Law Firm, PLLC over ten years ago, Erin served as in-house counsel at Rainglow Services, Inc. Erin also worked for American Red Cross of Montana, gaining valuable experience in compliance, contracts, and nonprofit legal issues.
Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. She also has working proficiency in German and earned a Mittlestufe II Certificate from Collegium Palatinum in Heidelberg, Germany.
