Erin Hamilton

Erin Hamilton brings more than a decade of experience assisting and guiding clients through complex legal matters, with a practice grounded in thoughtful advocacy and personal connection. A native Austinite, Erin was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, along with a Business Foundations certification. After receiving a Dean’s Academic Scholarship, Erin graduated from Baylor Law School in 2012 and began practicing law in Texas. Her career has since spanned both Texas and New York, giving her a broad perspective and a well-rounded approach to resolving challenging legal issues. What Erin values most is building genuine relationships with her clients and helping them navigate difficult moments with clarity, confidence, and care, always working toward the best possible outcome for their case. Outside of the office, Erin enjoys traveling, exploring Austin’s vibrant culinary scene, and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two dogs, Charlie and Scout.
