Biography
Eugenio Martinez-Rodriguez is a litigation attorney who has handled hundreds of hearings and trial proceedings throughout his career, developing a strong foundation in litigation strategy, witness examination, and courtroom advocacy.
Eugenio began his personal injury career representing insurance companies, where he evaluated and litigated injury claims from the defense perspective, including matters involving suspected fraud. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Eugenio is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. He currently resides on Long Island with his wife and their daughter.
