Eviana J. Martin

Eviana J. Martin, and her husband, Steven E. Martin, co-founded the Martin Law Firm, P.L. Together, with the help of their team of dedicated attorneys and staff, they have represented thousands of individuals in their legal matters. Eviana’s practice focuses on Bankruptcy (consumer protection and restructuring of debt), Personal Injury, and Probate matters. She has successfully obtained bankruptcy discharges for thousands of individuals. Eviana was born and grew up in Latvia, one of the satellite states of the former Soviet Union. Beginning as a volunteer at a local orphanage in her native Latvia, Eviana has developed and maintained a commitment to community service and volunteering. She started on her path helping people while attending nursing school in Latvia and successfully graduating with the nursing degree. She continued her studies in Latvian University with emphasis on Economics and Business. After emigrating to the United States of America, Eviana graduated with a B. A. degree from Barry University in Miami. Eviana earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
