Mr. Terry completed his associate's degree in 1990 from Walters State Community College and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 from Carson-Newman College. In 2017, Mr. Terry was selected by the Tennessee Supreme Court to serve on the Advisory Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure for Tennessee.
