Fernando Figueroa

Attorney Fernando M. Figueroa concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and general litigation.  Attorney Figueroa zealously advocates for his clients and brings passion, significant trial experience, and a proven track record of obtaining favorable outcomes in the courtroom. Prior to joining Eden Rafferty, Attorney Figueroa was an Assistant District Attorney with the Worcester District Attorney’s Office where he was specially assigned to the Drug Unit and Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit.  During his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Figueroa prosecuted misdemeanor and felony offenses in the District and Superior Courts, such as Operating Under the Influence, Drug Trafficking, Firearm offenses, Assault and Batteries, Sexual Assaults, and Motor Vehicle Homicide.
