Gary Annes

Gary Annes is a law partner at Abels & Annes, P.C.  He has focused on handling personal injury law for over twenty years.  The types of injury cases he works on include auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice and sexual abuse. Since becoming a lawyer in 1995, Gary has handled many jury trials. Further, he has resolved numerous cases by arbitration and mediation. He has successfully collected millions of dollars for his clients. Gary grew up in Highland Park, Illinois. In 1992, he received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. In 1995, he received his juris doctor from the Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Gary was sworn in to the Illinois Bar in 1995. He later became a member of the Arizona Bar in 2010. Gary was selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer in 2017-2024. This distinction is given to the top five percent of attorneys. From 2020-2024, Gary has been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers Top 100 List (out of over 90,000 lawyers licensed in Illinois).
