He was admitted to the bar in 1990 for all Michigan courts and the U.S. Federal District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is also a member of the Kalamazoo Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Tibble also holds a Michigan real estate broker’s license and is an experienced landlord and real estate investor. Mr. Tibble received a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in 1977 and a Master of Public Administration from Western in 1980. He received a J.D. from Thomas M.
