Biography
Gene Trowbridge is a real estate syndication attorney with five decades in commercial and investment real estate and three decades in the legal profession. Before becoming an attorney, he spent 20 years as an active syndicator, sponsoring sixteen investment groups and sending out 1,676 K-1s in a single year. That hands-on experience is what lets him speak with clients on both the technical and practical sides of state and federal securities laws.
His current practice concentrates on real estate syndication for commercial and investment properties, covering offerings under Rule 506(b), 506(c), Regulation A+, and Regulation Crowdfunding. He has personally trained three law partners in syndication practice since 2008.
