Biography

Gerardo Briceno is the founder and Managing Partner of Bridger Law Group. Emerging as early as high school, he discovered a passion for law and began working as a legal intern during his senior year. He continued this internship throughout his college career at Georgia State University, while also completing his degree in Political Science (pre-law). Gerardo then relocated to Spokane, Washington to attend Gonzaga University’s School of Law. After earning his law degree, Gerardo worked for Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Office of the Chief Counsel in Miami, Florida. With a deep commitment to justice and advocacy, Gerardo founded his own law firm in 2013, where he has dedicated himself to leveling the playing field for clients, specializing in both immigration and personal injury law. Having a reputation built on integrity, compassion, and legal excellence, he leads a dynamic team committed to advocating for individuals and families facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Under his leadership, in the immigration space, Gerardo and his team have successfully handled thousands of cases, including family-based petitions, business visas, consular processing, asylum, deportation defense, DACA, TPS, waivers, and naturalization. He is known for helping clients navigate an often-overwhelming legal system with clarity, honesty, and fierce advocacy. Gerardo is especially proud to represent immigrants from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are building a new life for themselves and their families in the United States.
