Biography

Gilad is a co-founder of Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) and co-head of the firm’s Real Estate & Leisure Department. With extensive experience in both Israel and New York, Gilad represents major financial institutions, investment funds, real estate companies, developers, and leading investors, both Israeli and international, in a wide range of real estate, finance, and hospitality transactions. He has advised on large-scale property acquisitions and sales, complex leasing arrangements, joint ventures, and financing structures, acting for both lenders and borrowers. His clients include banks, insurance companies, investment funds, public companies, and development groups. Gilad has a particular focus on the hospitality sector. He advises on the planning, development, construction, leasing, acquisition, and operation of hotels, as well as dispute and conflict resolution in the hotel and leisure industries. He also regularly advises on hotel management agreements and licensing arrangements with leading Israeli and international hotel chains, representing banks, owners, and operators. Prior to founding ERM, Gilad worked in the Corporate group at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP (now Dentons) in New York. His deep knowledge of the real estate and hospitality sectors enables him to offer strategic, practical, and commercially focused advice – including serving as an arbitrator in real estate, hospitality, and finance-related disputes.
