Glenn P. Green

Glenn P. Green possesses over 25 years of legal experience, and his practice encompasses transactions, litigation, and appeals in several areas of law at Lowther Johnson.  Glenn assists individuals and businesses in general business matters, including formation, transactions, mergers and sales, tax-free exchanges, and litigation.  He assists brokers, developers, landlords, builders, and contractors in real estate matters, including contracts, planning, zoning, and litigation involving both residential and commercial properties.  Glenn possesses extensive experience representing a variety of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and has served as counsel for unsecured creditor committees.  He also assists clients with estate planning and administration, trust and estate litigation, and providing counsel to trustees, executors, personal representatives, and guardians.
