Gregory J. Freyberger

Greg Freyberger is a partner with Barber & Bauer, LLP in Evansville, Indiana.  He has handled cases for clients in front of juries and judges, in State and Federal Court, and at the trial and appellate levels.  Greg's active litigation practice is focused on representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities in litigation concerning personal injury, premises liability, dram shop liability, employment law, corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, estate contests, and products liability.  Over his career, Greg has lectured on workers compensation defense, litigation management, and jury selection, and has written on animal liability and business owner responsibility for the criminal acts of third parties.  Despite his active practice, Greg is also heavily involved in his community and professional organizations. He is also a registered civil mediator in Indiana.
