Biography

Heather represents injured individuals in a wide array of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, wrongful death, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and vaccine injury cases. She understands the many challenges facing injured clients, whether the harm stems from someone else's negligence, a vaccine, or a workplace accident, and she approaches every case with compassion and diligence — your problem becomes her problem. Heather has extensive experience advocating for clients in New Hampshire's state and federal trial courts, the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims, where she represents individuals injured by vaccines in the highly specialized Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
