Howard B. Goren

Mr. Goren has been practicing law, since 1983.  He is widely recognized by his peers as a reliable source in the title industry and the practice of real estate law. Before joining Alliant, Howard was the owner of Supreme Title Company, Inc. (1990 – 2014), and a partner with its affiliated Law Firm, Goren & Margolies, LLC.  Prior to creating Supreme Title, he served as in-house counsel for Yorkridge-Calvert Savings and Loan Association and Vice-President of Yorkridge-Calvert Title Company, where he gained valuable experience in conducting commercial and residential closings for the bank. Mr. Goren is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Land Title Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd. Mr. Goren is a sports fanatic who loves attending Ravens games with his sons, Jason and Brian.  He and his wife, Emily, enjoy cruising, playing golf and attending NASCAR races. Mr. Kazin has been practicing law since 1999, and has extensive experience addressing complex real estate issues through rigorous analysis and sound judgment.
