Biography
Howard N. Kahn, Esq., concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, securities litigation and FINRA arbitration, professional disability litigation, real estate litigation, and related appellate work. He serves clients in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, as well as throughout the state of Florida.
Licensed in both Florida and Illinois, Mr. Kahn has successfully handled state and federal cases for national and international banking institutions, financial institutions and Wall Street brokerage firms. His litigation efforts in the area of mortgage fraud have often resulted in the complete recovery of all loan losses, including legal fees and court costs.
Mr. Kahn represents physicians and other professionals with disability claims under individual and group disability policies. A former Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kahn also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
