J. Guthrie True is an attorney and partner at True Guarnieri Ayer, LLP, in Frankfort, Kentucky. Mr. True practices in the areas of administrative law, appeals, government investigations, health care litigation, personal injury, white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. He represents clients throughout the Kentucky. Practicing law for over 40 years, Mr. True has litigated and settled many major cases over the course of his career. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law.
