Biography
Jackeline A. Clements is originally from Venezuela and is a Partner of the Sokol & Clements Law Group.
Mrs. Clements has a long history of assisting clients with their needs whether at our law firm or in a non-profit setting.
She has been an attorney with the firm since 2014 and oversees our most complex family–based immigration, citizenship cases, and consular process cases as these are her areas of expertise. She has represented a diverse group of clientele at all levels of immigration including USCIS processes and interviews, Immigration Court proceedings, Department of State processes, Department of Labor processes, State Court proceedings, and Federal Court proceedings.
Mrs. Clements is also bilingual and oversees all cases for our Spanish speaking clientele, including business-based immigration cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Clements worked at the non-profit organization United Way of Greater Atlanta in their 211 department.
