Jake M. Goodman is the managing partner and founder of the Law Offices of Jake Goodman, PLLC, in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Goodman serves clients throughout the state of Florida. Before founding the Law Offices of Jake Goodman, PLLC, Mr. Goodman worked in the complex litigation group of Florida’s largest litigation law firm where he represented a variety of clients ranging from individuals to multi-national corporations in all phases of civil litigation. Concentrating on various facets of legal practice, Mr. Goodman’s skill encompasses business litigation, complex commercial litigation, personal injury, and property damage. Mr. Goodman has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. Mr. Goodman has spent years cultivating the necessary skill set to represent his clients’ interests effectively and aggressively in both litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Goodman’s approach to handling every matter he takes on focuses on working closely with his clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. Keeping his clients’ needs, goals, and expectations at the forefront, Mr. Goodman and his team formulate strategies that are specifically tailored to achieve the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. During his tenure at Florida State University, Mr. Goodman was named to the Dean’s list, was a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Mr. Goodman received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. During his tenure at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Goodman was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Nova Trial Association, Association of Business Law Students, and Toastmasters International. Mr. Goodman is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
