Jim Nugent has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals in personal injury and insurance claims since 1989. His practice focuses on personal injury and accident cases, and his commitment to understanding each client's unique situation sets him apart. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from The Catholic University of America in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from Catholic University's Columbus School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate. Jim served on the Trial Lawyers College's Board of Directors from 2005 to 2015. When not in the courtroom, Jim channels his energy into endurance sports, having completed seven Ironman triathlons.
