James Malek

James Malek has been an attorney since 1995. He has tried numerous personal injury and worker’s compensation cases to jurors throughout the state of Ohio. James has a an background in zoology and marine biology. This background colours how James approaches his cases, with righour and detailed analysis. James’ current focus at the firm is major personal injury cases, including those where a family member has died as a result of neglience of others. Outside of work, James enjoys a number of pursuits including, fishing, hunting, and cultivating plants at his home in Newcomerstown, Ohio.
