Biography
Attorney Janelle Chase Fazio is a partner with the Beck Chase Gilman PLCC law firm in Tacoma, Washington. Widely regarded as one of the top litigators in the country, Ms. Fazio provides unmatched counsel and support to clients throughout the greater Seattle-Tacoma area and South Sound region who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Fazio has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for her plaintiff clients, and she finds great reward in being able to help so many in her community find the justice they deserve for their serious and pressing legal challenges. She is fluent in Spanish and holds her certification as an interpreter, which helps her directly communicate with those who may not speak or understand English very well.
A leader in her field, Ms. Fazio has written extensively and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars on a variety of legal topics. She has become known as a staunch and tireless advocate for the rights and interests of many throughout her area, including members of the LGBTQIA as well as former military service members trying to reassimilate into civilian life and new mothers who have experienced discrimination as a result of their pregnancies and subsequent childbirths.

A 2009 magna cum laude graduate of Mills College, Ms. Fazio obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and she has served as vice chair of the Washington State Association for Justice Employment Section.
She is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the TPCBA and the Honorable Judge Bryan American Inn of Court, and she is a board member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association and Pierce County chapter of Washington Women Lawyers.
