Mr. Silverstein is a Partner/Shareholder with the firm and focuses his practice on plaintiff medical malpractice litigation and other catastrophic injury cases. He previously represented medical providers and uses his experiences as a former defense attorney to his clients' advantage when prosecuting their claims. He has amassed dozens of multi-million dollar results since joining Wapner Newman in 2017. He has been practicing since 2007 and is a graduate of The George Washington University and Widener University School of Law.
