Helping people who’ve been injured is my calling, and I will fight to make things right for you. The insurance system is built to work against you. Billion dollar insurance companies take money for premiums, but when you get injured, they look for any excuse to deny your claim. But when I step in, they know it’s time to play by the rules. Everyone at Staver Law was very knowledgeable about my case and went above and beyond. My whole life, I was surrounded by blue-collar, working-class people who made their living through physical labor. When a factory worker, mechanic, or laborer experienced an accident that came out of left field, their world — and the lives of their entire family — turned upside down. I saw how the insurance companies handled people like them after an accident and how the denials and delays only amplified the pain. I knew I needed to help. I needed to stand by them in the courtroom and level the playing field in a system that was too often unfair. And so I built my career around personal injury law. I’ve spent the last 25+ years fighting for my clients and the compensation they deserve.
