Jason is recognized for his expertise in catastrophic injury cases, earning multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients nationwide.
Jason Cornell is an attorney with Clark Fountain in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Jason focuses his nationwide practice on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases arising from defective products, boating accidents, commercial trucking accidents and complex liability situations. Jason was one of the lead attorneys in Letterman v. National Truck where a three-week trial resulted in a Palm Beach County jury returning a verdict for $15,502,880.00.
Jason has handled numerous cases across the country, including Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Delaware, California, Maine, Ohio, Illinois and Michigan. Jason regularly co-counsels with attorneys throughout the country in complex, multi-party litigation.
Prior to joining Clark Fountain, Jason was an equity partner with an AmLaw 100 law firm. There, Jason worked in the firm’s Financial Services Department, appearing in various forms of corporate litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.
During his career, Jason has successfully represented victims of defective products, whistleblower retaliation, legal malpractice, construction site incidents, boating accidents, trucking accidents, bad faith and malicious prosecution. Jason’s work has resulted in numerous seven and eight figure recoveries for his clients.
