Jason K. Burress

Jason Burress opened Burress Injury Law in 2008 and, after years of representing insurance companies and product manufacturers, redirected his practice toward advocating for injured people and families coping with wrongful death. He handles high-stakes personal injury cases involving catastrophic 18-wheeler crashes, motorcycle wrecks, serious car collisions, drunk driving incidents, and claims tied to dangerous or defective products. Jason has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Law (2017 to present) and earned D Magazine’s Best Personal Injury Lawyer recognition for five straight years. For the past seven years, Attorney Burress has been recognized as an Elite Lawyer.
